Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

The tour group had emailed me advising about the rain when my tour was due to be booked but I went ahead anyway hoping it would not rain, our tour guide showed up and was very accommodating when we changed our tour to the following day. He had a lot of information to provide about not only the orangutan centre but about Malaysia in general. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

They should have a booth not only to accept donations but also for anyone who would want to volunteer into any programmes, etc, for adults or older children, so as to create awareness to the public.
