The Café Majestic presents its international and local cuisine spread in the main restaurant, located on the 1st floor of the hotel. Enjoy Chinese cuisine and the famous Thai steamboat with special secret Coca sauce at The River Palace Restaurant and Coca Restaurant, a 2-in-1 restaurant for lunch and dinner on the 3rd floor. Unwind after a long day of work at The Club, a lounge offering an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a pool table on the 3rd floor. For dinner, experience an Al Fresco dining atmosphere at The Blue Lagoon Cafe on the 4th floor.

Meeting, conference and event facilities include the Sarawak Chamber, this ballroom can seat up to 900 persons banquet style and 1,400 persons theatre style. Late check out policy:
Late check-out is subject to availability and is chargeable as the following:

• 1 PM to 3 PM: USD15
• 3 PM to 6 PM: USD22
• 6 PM onwards: full day room rates will be charged

Above late check-out charge is only applicable if pre-arranged during the time of booking.

Policy on children staying with parents:
- Maximum of one (1) child is allowed sharing with two (2) adults in a room
- Extra bed is charged accordingly

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more: 10% cancellation fee will be applicable.
• Cancellations made within 14 days: one night's room charge will be applicable.
• No-shows: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Early check out prior to the original date booked, one night early departure fees will be levied.

Other disclosures:
All confirmed bookings will be auto-released in instances where the full payment is not received and cleared. Any re-instatement of bookings will be subjected to space availability.
