Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Notes:
- Rate is on SIC basis on twin sharing at Standard Room with minimum 2 adults
- A child sharing room with an adult will be charged at adult's rate
- Single supplement surcharge is RM234 (adult) and RM175 (child) for normal season
- Single supplement surcharge is RM308 (adult) and RM240 (child) for peak season
- Private tour available at 50% surcharge from the SIC rate.
- Pick-up points for tour only for hotels within Kuching City area. Pick-up from hotels outside designated hotels and from airport will attract a surcharge. Please indicate your preferred pick-up point/ hotel when you place the booking.
